1994 Haro Shredder. It's really tough to categorize our 1994 Haro Shredder with its massive 2 inch diameter downtube and 6mm thick dropots. Some guys think we designed it for dirt jumping. And with it's Multi-surface tires and Odyssey Gyro some think it's a freestyle bike. We've even seen guys put knobbies on 'em and race 'em. Whatever. The Shredder is a cool bike you can use for, well, whatever... Or wherever your riding may lead you. Don't try to figure it out. Just ride it.
On regular diamond style frames the downhihe takec moct of the punishment. That's why our Shredder features Megatube Construction. It's massive 2" butted 4130 downtine is ovalized at the headtube and bottom bracket for superior lateral stiffness and unequalled weld surface area. Translation: Nearly indestructable.

The first two characters KH is the factory code. The next character is year of production. 3 = 1993, 4 = 1994. Depending on the factory, production may have started around June 1993 through to May 1994.
After the year is month of production. A to L = January to December.

Made in Taiwan.
As a general rule, bikes made in Taiwan at this time had around a 5 month production lead timeline before they were delivered and sold in bike shops around the world. Generally around May of each year, factories would switch production to making models for the following year.
