Founded in 1920 by Yasujiro Tange in Sakai, Japan, Tange is a legendary steel manufacturer. While primarily a tubing supplier, they manufactured high-end BMX frames like the Hot Heart for roughly fifteen years starting in the late 1970s, defining the era with their world-class "Champion" chromoly tubing.
