The 1999 Diamond Back Venom BMX features a freestyle frame built with oversized tubing, a chromoly down tube, and double-thick dropouts, paired with a full chromoly fork using a 1-1/8” threadless steerer, 1-1/4” blades, and reinforced dropouts. It comes fitted with handlebars offering an 8” rise in chrome, held by an alloy four-bolt A-head stem. Braking combines an alloy U-brake at the rear with a Dia-Compe 990 U-brake up front, operated by Dia-Compe alloy levers. The drivetrain uses a one-piece chromoly 175mm crank in chrome with a 44-tooth chainwheel, matched to alloy platform pedals. The wheelset consists of alloy 20x1.75” 48-hole rims with high-flange alloy hubs and 14mm rear axle, wrapped in freestyle 20x1.95” tyres. Comfort comes via a freestyle seat with layback post, while extras include an SST 1-1/8” rotor and front and rear pegs.
