The 1999 Diamond Back BMX lineup blended lightweight alloy race frames with tough chromoly freestyle builds, covering everything from Reactor race models and 24” cruisers to street-focused Venoms, Jokers, Ignitors, Vipers, Assaults, Mr Lucky, and Skindog. Frames ranged from 6061 alloy Franko designs to full chromoly, paired with components from Dia-Compe, Avid, Tektro, Profile, Alex, Mavic, Tioga, and Ritchey. Freestyle bikes featured rotors, pegs, and U-brakes, while race models leaned toward sealed bearings and performance wheelsets, making 1999 one of Diamond Back’s most diverse BMX ranges.
