The 1999 Diamond Back Venom XX BMX features a full chromoly freestyle frame with oversized tubing, double-thick dropouts, and reinforced bottom bracket and head tube, paired with a matching full chromoly fork using a 1-1/8” threadless steerer, 1-1/4” blades, reinforced dropouts, and integrated peg mounts. It comes fitted with oversized 8-piece chromoly handlebars offering an 8” rise in chrome, held by a forged alloy A-head stem. Braking is handled front and rear by Dia-Compe 990 U-brakes with Dia-Compe Tech 99 levers, while the drivetrain uses a DB three-piece tubular chromoly 175mm crank with precision bottom bracket and a chrome alloy 44-tooth chainwheel, matched to alloy platform pedals. The wheelset consists of Alex chrome double-wall 48-hole rims, high-flange alloy hubs with 14mm axles, and freestyle 20x1.95” tyres. Comfort comes via a padded freestyle seat with chromoly post, while extras include an SST 1-1/8” rotor and oversized front and rear pegs.
