The 1999 Diamond Back Reactor 24 BMX features a lightweight 6061 alloy frame with oversized tubing, paired with a full chromoly fork using a 1-1/8” threadless steerer, 1-1/4” blades, and a chrome finish. It comes fitted with chromoly cruiser handlebars offering a 6” rise, held by a forged alloy A-head stem (1-1/8” threadless). Braking is handled by a Tektro alloy linear-pull brake with matching lever, while the drivetrain uses a DB three-piece chromoly 180mm crank in chrome with a chrome alloy 41-tooth chainwheel, matched to alloy platform pedals. The wheelset consists of Alex alloy double-wall 24x1.75” 36-hole rims, DB Slasher alloy hubs, and 14-gauge stainless spokes, wrapped in Tioga Comp III 24x1.175” tyres front and rear. Comfort comes via a padded saddle with alloy seatpost.
