The first character M is the factory code. The second character is year of production 3 = 1983 or 4 = 1984. 01 to 12 = January to December. The third character is month of production. A = January, B = Febuary, C = March, D = April, E = May, F = June, G = July, H= August, I = September, J = October, K = November, L = December.
