A cruiser version of the Nitro, the 1996 Dyno Nitro 24 is an ideal bike for entry level racing or taller riders who feel cramped on a regular 20" bike. The Nitro 24 features a chromoly main frame and fork with 1 1/8" chromoly fork blades, alloy Dyno cruiser stem, GT platform pedals and Weinmann alloy rims with GT hubs. Color: Chrome Plated.

The first two characters SY is the factory code.
After the above factory code, the next character is year of production. 5 = 1995, 6 = 1996. Production would have most likely started around May 1995 through to April 1996.
After the year is month of production. A = January, B = Febuary, C = March, D = April, E = May, F = June, G = July, H= August, I = September, J = October, K = November, L = December

As a general rule, bikes made in Taiwan had around a 8 month production lead timeline before they were delivered and sold in bike shops around the world. Generally around May of each year, factories would switch production to making models for the following year.
