Constructed of 100% aircraft quality 41-30 CR-MO tubing & inert gas heliarc TIG welded into the most advanced racing geometry anywhere. The turbo incorporates an array of unique features: Hollow 3-piece chromoly crankset, Dia Compe MX 901 brakes front & rear, Suntour XC-II pedals, sealed bearings, double butted spoke wheels & Comp III tires, special extra long DB pro stem & extra large DB chromoly handlebars. Colors: Grey baked epoxy with special "clear coat" overcoating.

Second character is year of production. 5 = 1985, 6 = 1986. Production would have most likely started around May 1985 through to April 1986.
Third character is month of production 01-12.

Made in Taiwan.
As a general rule, bikes made in Taiwan had around a 8 month production lead timeline before they were delivered and sold in bike shops around the world. Generally around May of each year, factories would switch production to making models for the following year.
