1994 Haro Group 1 Ci. Last year the Group 1 Ci was our most popular race bike. At most bike companies they would have just changed the colour and decal and called it "a 94". Not at Haro. For 1994 we started by dropping the weight three quarters of a pound thanks to our Fusion alloy micro-adjust seat post. Disc drice alloy sprocket and ACS alloy hubs. Then we added our new Stealth Haro racing seat and race ready pad set. If you want to start racing, simply zip tie a number plate on and sign-up. The 1994 Haro Group 1 Ci will do the rest.
New for '94..Fusion alloy Disc Drive 44 chaining. It weighs in at an incredibly light 4 ounces! That's one half pound lighter than a steel sprocket/steel spider combinations found on our competitor's bikes in this price range!

Haro BMX serial numbers.
The first character K is the factory code. The next two characters are the model CI = Ci. The next character is year of production. 3 = 1993, 4 = 1994. Depending on the factory, production may have started around June 1993 through to May 1994.
After the year is month of production. A to L = January to December.

Made in Taiwan.
As a general rule, bikes made in Taiwan at this time had around a 5 month production lead timeline before they were delivered and sold in bike shops around the world. Generally around May of each year, factories would switch production to making models for the following year.
