1985 Haro Master BMX Catalogue

The Master is our top-of-the-line freestyle bike. New Sugino 3 piece tubular chromoly cranks, Oakley B-2 grips, Redline forklifter stems with Pott's bolts, MKS graphite pedals and the proven Skyway Tuff I wheels are all standard equipment. The brand new Haro 4130 chromoly handlebars have a lowered knurled crossbar, making over-the-bar tricks easy. Components such as the DiaCompe front and rear FS880 brakes, Tech 4 levers, a new Dominator seat and the Haro chromoly seat posts make the Master the only freestyle bike you'll ever need.

Made in Taiwan.
Here's how to check your Haro BMX serial number. First 2 numbers in the serial indicates year of production (1984 or 1985). Numbers indicated by XX in the serial are Month (05 - 12 - May to Dec). YY in the serial indicates production Month (01 to 04 - Jan to April).

Bikes made in Taiwan usually had an 8 month production and shipping timeline before they were sold in bike shops around the world. In May of any year, factories would usually switch production to making models for the following year.
